Debut: Anime Expo 2003 (planned)
Why Zhao Yun?I was meeting another cosplayer, Rinnie and we were talking. She mentioned that she was working on a costume from Dynasty Warrriors 3. I hadn't heard of it but I told her I'd look into it.
I checked out the Kong Ming Archives and looked at the characters. They are so cool!
I picked up the game on eBay and have been playing it. It's an amazing game as well, also lots of eye candy. So that's how I decided. Also, it would be great to do a Chinese style costume. Dispite the fact that this is a Japanese game about Chinese history. :)
It also helps that I'll be in wonderful company for the Dynasty Warriors group. Cosplayers from Pheonix Seed and Sailor Jamboree are also in the group. How could I refuse?
